cleanup crew ?'s

i have a 2.5 minibow and the cleanup crew i have is not doing its job, i have 3 baja red legs and a astrae snail and a peppermint shrimp, there is deterus all in the sand. can anyone suggest changes i can make to help with the problem. i am a perfectionist and i would like the tank sparkling clean. thanks

First get 3 - 5 blue legged hermits astrea snails dont clean up that Detritus stuff you want Nassarius Snails or cerith snails and you dont want it sprkly clean.
