qsails
What is the advantage to using cured live rock vs Uncured? Link to comment
harbingerofthefish
well, besides adding life to your tank, cycle time. If the LR is cured well, and you get it locally, you'll probally experience less die off initially, thus shortening your cycle. But on the same note, it may take longer to get your tank established. tinyreef
just as harb says. if you're starting from scratch and/or are patient i'd recommend uncured for the added diversity. typically less $$$ if you're adding to an established tank (is it really cured? : ) or are impatient go with the cured rock. more $$$ but 'safer' (not 100% tho) Link to comment
