Fliger
I'm trying to find a pair of fish for my 12G DX. I saw a pair of red banded fairy wrasses. I know they only grow to 3" max. Is that too big for a small tank? Do wrasses need a lot of room to swim? Link to comment
BKtomodachi
I would not feel bad keeping a single threafin, tricolor, fairy, or carpenters wrasse in a NC12. A pair, maybe not the best idea. Link to comment
fishfanv
can i ask where you found them? i've never seen them for sale near me. are you going to get them online? Link to comment

Web Guy
My Lubbocks Wrasse is awesome looking and hard to find. Check into those! Link to comment
lgreen
fishfanv, I would imagine there is a LFS somewhere around there that has wrasses, such as carpenters, threadfins, fairies, ect. Marine Depot (the major online retailer) is not located to far away from you. perhaps they would let you pick up from them. http://www.marinedepotlive.com/fish-wrasses.html most wrasses from about halfway down, to the bottom would be ok, but check first to make sure a ) reef safe, b ) don't get big (ie, like a lunar wrasse) Link to comment
