marthafocker
Are nitrile coated gloves ok to use in a reef tank? My live rock has tiny splinters and when I move the rocks around my hands get covered with them and was wondering if I could use nitrile coated gloves. Link to comment
daves new nano
Nitrile isnt a coating on the gloves its an alternitive material used insted of latex because its hypoalergenic and a lot tougher, ive been using nitrile gloves that i tax from work in my tank for ages with no problems. Dave Link to comment
Physh1
Yup...they are safe...like noted it's not really a coating. I've used them for years and they have never caused any problems. Cameron Link to comment
skipm
The same glove I use at work too, I am a paramedic. They are alot tougher than latex which is also a plus. Link to comment
