That is actually a bad pic.

 

Usually the tentacles are much longer than that. They were retracted for some reason.

It looks like it spit some brown stuff out, what could that be?

digestive system, this cavity acts in its place and after the food is broken down the nutrients are then sent through the rest of the body as food. There is also no excretory system; therefore the waste is sent back through the mouth or secreted into the surrounding water

Put it on your substrate! It will thank you. Actually, thats probably why its ####ed.

I had it high on a rock. After identified, I put it on the sand. It looks much better now!!
