voodoo1313
I know I have seen them, but I'm not really sure which one I need. I have a 12g Eclipse that currently takes a 13w (I think) PC. I know there is a 32w retrofit out there that takes a 50/50 bulb. I just don't know which one will fit my tank. I'm kinda new to the lighting thing. Any ideas? Link to comment
Physh1
I am pretty sure the Custom Sealife 32w SuperNova fits that hood. The Smartlite retro doesn't. The SuperNova has the ceramic socket mounted to the reflector while the Smartlite has a cord. Cameron Link to comment
NaNO ReeFiN
Yes, the supernova from CSL would be perfect for that tank. I'm not sure where you can purchase them anymore but Chris, the moderator from this site might be able to help you out.. Link to comment
MrConclusion
dude, you can do the retrofit yourself very easily. You can get a ballast from a good lighting store, a socket, and wire it yourself. If you want a parts list let me know. If you want a kit check this out: http://www.hellolights.com/14nanretkit.html You may have to trim the reflector somewhat, but the bulb will fit. Link to comment
