mine's between 0.05 and 0.1. Has my tank finished cycling?

How long has your tank been cycling?

Nitrites should be at 0 to be dine cycling. You may want to have the test double checked with another kit to be sure.

Under good tank conditions ammonia and nitrite and taken care of by the bacteria in the rock and sand.

Nitrates are mostly taken care of in Nano's from water changes. Nitrate level of 25 or lower are ideal with levels of 50 and higher to be cared for asap.

It sounds like your tank is pretty much cycled and I bet it is your test kit giving you a funny reading. I've seen some kits NEVER read a nitrite of zero. Double check it with another kit and if it's the same wait a few more days.....it should be gone by then.
