I am setting up a pico in a few months and I am planing on putting in one Yellow Clown Goby.

NOTE: You can only have ONE of these fish.

-EDIT-

You can only have a fish if you are good in maintaning water quality and do 10% weekly, if not biweekly, water changes.

They say alot of things. Through my own personal experience, they don't produce much of a bioload and don't realy swim but, they purch on soft and branching corals.

You're more likely to have heat issues from your PH or HOB. There are simple ways to cool a pico a few degrees if you wind up having problems.

That's AWESOME! you can't make it into a sump, but you CAN make it into a refugium. You will have to create an overflow box in the back of your tank. Given the size of your tank, I'd probably be easiest to make an external overflow box that would lead to a gravity fed refugium.
