Whats wrong with hammer and zoanthids

Here is a picture of my new hammer coral. There are two heads on this piece and as you can see, one head is nice and expanded while the one right next to is it shriveled up as if it were being supressed by the one right next to it. Anything i can do?

Also, i have some nice zoanthids that are right underneath my button polyps on one of my small rocks. All my 9 button polyps are thriving and nice on the rock but the zoanthids that live right next to them seem to be bothered by the buttons and they never open. I've only seen them open a few times and now only 1 or two open. This is what it looks like now. Whats wrong with it? Is it the button polyps fault? Should i remove it to another rock.
