Newbie527
for my own knowledge can someone share some info... Today I found one of my emerald crabs dead. Now I had 3 in my tank by accident. I had purchased one and two hitchhiked on another rock. Now the two that are still alive are the ones that hitchhiked and one is a female (due to color variation, size and the fact that I saw a baby emerald with her). My questions are could he have died becuase a lack of a source of food? Could something have killed him? No it was not a molt because it is the whole shabang.I don't see any strike from being speared from a mantis or anything. Are three emeralds in a 12 nano too many? any input...much appreciated.
