willmsbrg
I am adding rock to my tank.. should I remove all visable bristle worms or just add them .. I have several that I can see right off the rock... Link to comment
Palmetto
Add them. People pay a lot of money for detrivore kits to add such things to their reef. They are great scavenger/ cleaners and don't bother anything that I have been able to see. We are learning much more than we used to know about the valuable role these creatures play in our live rock and sandbed. Link to comment

NaNO ReeFiN
As ugly as they are, add them.. Link to comment
ross76053
I love 'em (and really love grossing out my wife) - add them. Although if you're adding new live rock, you may not need to add them - they may just appear. Link to comment
cranfordrd
uh-oh... I am the wife and what the heck will I do when I set up my reef and see the ugly things? Scream "Honey... you know the money pit tank you didn't want me to get, there's a big ugly worm in it grossing me out, can you please come get it out???" These things may prevent me from ever setting up the damn tank! Link to comment
