Blue eyed hairy crab on frag

Hi all!

 

I noticed this little guy hanging out in a dead frag a few nights ago. Today he was piggybacking a very large snail. I couldn't tell for sure, but he looked like he was picking at the snail's mantle. Anyway, I caught him...can anyone give me an ID?

 

Also, what do you do when you find an unwanted critter in your tank? I'd hate to euthanize him, but I've never been in this situation before. Right now he's living in my cleaning tupperware bowl.

Try to see if your LFS will take it. I have a reef store near by that takes in any unwanted hitchikers. They have a huge tank that has a sump. This is where they put the critters.
