CAUSEOFHIM
I have a gold striped maroon clown about 3 inches long and very healthy. I am going to buy a RBTA to keep him happy. He had a RBTA in his last home. My question is, how big does the RBTA need to be for a clown this size? If I get a small one will he destroy it or will it be ok? Thanks Link to comment
Withers
I've heard of them destroying small anemones before. I think it was Mark Levenson on RC who had it happen to his. Although with him he had a mated pair, so it was twice the abuse. Link to comment
BKtomodachi
It can happen... for some reason maroons really like to slam themselves into anemones. If it starts make sure to keep them seperate. Link to comment
knowse
My clarkii did the same thing to a newly added bta. Tore a hole in it. Seperated it's tentacles away from the base. What a freaking mess and you'll never know how bad it made me feel! I have an est. small rbta that is recovering from bleaching out with an ocellaris hosting in it. It looks so freaking pittafull, snuggeling up in there with it's head and tail sticking out. Link to comment
