artschwartz
I have a goby in my 12 g Nanocube. I am not sure exactly what species he or she is but it is definitely a sand-sifter. I get sand all over my tank covering my live rock, mushroom coral, etc. Are sand-sifters like this goby good for a nanocube? I am not sure that this coating with sand is good for a nanocube. I am considering taking him back to the LFS. Any opinions? -------------- Green Star Polyp Coral Lemnalia Coral Tubastrea Coral Candy Cane Coral Mushroom Coral Camelback Shrimp Clown Fish Goby 2 hermit crabs 2 or 3 astrea snails Link to comment
yoshiod9
i deal with my sand sprinklings just cause i'm sure that he's happy sifting his sand! lol. do you still have the camelback shrimp? if so, you might want to watch your corals carefully(especially your mushrooms) because camel shrimp have a tendency to eat them. i had one destroy some hairy mushrooms. just an FYI. nofriendsbz3
if you have a goby, you should get a pistol shrimp. It is the coolest pair to watch. I have a yellow watchman goby with a pistol shrimp and they paired up within 10 minutes. The pistol shrimp started digging tunnels and the goby watched out for him. thats just my opinion though Link to comment
