Torch placement

I just recently got a torch from bonita tropics and now i'm wondering on where to place it. So far I've placed it in the center of the tank high up closer to the light. But I'm worried that since it is so high now, it's now 8" away from the powersweep. I have it set at 125 gph right now and the torch is swaying side to side. It doesn't look too bad in fact it looks pretty cool, but would you say that it was in a High flow area? I'm weary about placing it closer to the bottom only because of the other coral. I'm aware that he will sting and I don't want that to happen, plus I'm quite happy with the other corals placement.

 

So should I have the ph on a timer and and it on and off throughout the day or will the torch be ok there?

I thought swaying side to side was a good thing. My frogspawn and hammer do this, and they're happy. If it doesn't expand near the powerhead as much as it does in a low current area, I would say move it. Otherwise, just keep it where you want it.
