tMoney
Absolutely NOT!!! 3 fish in a 7g, are you nuts? One small fish is acceptable. Link to comment
greatreef16
Lol, thanks for the positive feed back. I can have two in a 7g I know that. Any other opinions? Link to comment
p.o.t.u.s
I was under the impression that chromis do not do well when in pairs. They tend to get stressed when not in small schools i.e., 5 or more. I'd suggest another species. P.S., tMoney is on the money. Three fishes are too many in a 7 gal. One is the right number. Good luck. Link to comment

bobioden
I agree with the above. 3 is way too many fish for a 7g. But keep asking until you get the answer you want to hear. : Bob Link to comment
ricky1414
I feel 2 chromis is too many for a 7 gallon. However, maybe 2 small gobies would be ok. I have 2 fish in a 20, and I believe that is the correct bioload. The going guideline is 1" of fish for every 5 gallons. Chromis also are pretty active swimmers, a 7g tank just doesn't have the swimming space. Link to comment
