ender13
ok got a new piece of LR for my nano (cycling), and found this kind of fleshy thing on it. the rock was in one big piece, so i broke it up, and the thing is still here. it looks kind of like the bottom foot of a snail. like the LFS went to pull a snail off and only got the shell. if its something dead, i want to get it out so it doesn't decay in my tank. i have pics, but one didn't turn out very clear. poor digital camera. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks Roy Link to comment
phergus_25
If your still cycling then let it be, if its alive and makes it though the cycle then itll be cool and if not then it will only prolong your cycle a little Link to comment
Kogut
Some kind of mollusk. I'd say leave it, too. If it decays, then it helps you build up the bacteria you need in the tank. Don't pull it out. Just my 2c. Link to comment
