my first fish! (except for damsels) 4 clowns.

well..., today, 3 weeks after my cycle has ended.

I have captured the 3 LARGE damsels I had and returned them to the fish store.

Instead I got 4 ocellaris perculas. They are just addorablly cute!!!!

 

now I have a few question:

 

1. My tank is 105 liter (if i am not mistaken that is 25 gallons?) 80 cm length, is it safe to keep 4 of them together?, or did the salesman just wanted to sell me alot?

 

2. I know I want a royal gramma, but the salesman recomended I take in about 2-3 weeks either a blue tang or a yellow tang. is he right?! I thought my tank was too small for tangs, I asked him about that and he said that as long as I take them small it will be ok. what do you think?

 

3. In about a month or so I want to get an anemone (don't worry I have taken care of many anemonies in the past) , which one should be best for my fish, and Should I get just 1, I prefer just 1 but I do have 4 ocellaris...

Question 1. No it is not safe for the 4 clowns in one 25 gallon tank, return 2 of them.

 

Question 2. Buy the royal gramma in a couple of weeks and forget the idea of a tang until you get a larger tank. Yes people do it, buy them small, put them in a small tank, just dont.

 

Question3. Wait 6 months and ask this question again.
