My new setup

Finally I got few pic for my newly set up nano reef. 29G.

 

I got the LR fully cured from Harbor aquatics, 35 lb of fuji. I hand picked them and they were in my tank in an hour.

My tank was already running with live sand, power sweep and HOB filter. Also add prizim skimmer.

 

3-4 inch of LS like crystal.

1000k/actnic 2x55 watt from AH supply.

 

Never seen any amonia spike.

PH=8.1

Alk=4 meg/L

Ammonia=0

nitrite=0

nitrate=0.1 mg/L

Calcium=400-425

 

Used Marine Basic Test kit by Seachem.

 

Also observed a long worm about 5" crawling in the rocks. May be hitchiked in the Rocks. Why I have not seen any spike in the above levels. Am I done with the cycle. Its been 3 weeks since i added LR and 2 weeks for cleaning crew and fishes.

since you bought fully cured rock, your tank's cycle would be so short that you wont even notice it. since the die off has already occurred. post some pics. i just started my 29 a month ago and now i have stuff in it already. ill post my pics later.
