This is the weirdest Macro Algae i have ever seen..i NEED to ID this please...as you can see teh pom pom like structure, but when touched, it will shrink up JUST LIKE XENIA~!! they grow like weed, approx. 3/4" in diameter of the colony per week!

Very nice. If you can would you post a pic of the tank with the radium alone(no actinics)? Also where did you get that awesome green acro?

The actinics are so weak that it doesn't make a difference..i have tried that already. The neon green Acro i got it at Jeffs' for $35! I went and hand picked myself, and that is an awesome colony, not one bleached spot and all the polyp extend out within an hour in my tank!

Those "weird macros" arent macros at all. They're hydroids.
