My Clown

Not to sure whats wrong with him:

 

He has been breathing very heavy the last couple days, and looks very skinny ( but he is eating which is a good sign ) but just doesnt seem to be getting any fatter.

Also he has this weird almost skin colored patch on the top of his head it's fairly small.. say 1/8 of an inch

 

Any help would be greatly appriciated as i dont wish to lose him
