angryfly
I just bought 8.5 lbs of live rock to start my ten gallon yesterday and got a hitch hiker crab that I have identified as an emerald crab. My question is this, since the tank is cycling and this is my first inhabitant, should I be worried about feeding it anything or should the live rock provide enough for it to eat? Link to comment

angryfly
Most of the info I have read on them indicate that they eat algae primarily and there really is none but corraline right now. I gues i will lighten up. I was just concerned because it is my first critter. Link to comment
angryfly
Anyone have opinions as to whether or not I should keep this guy? I am eventually wanting to keep mainly zoanthids and don't want this crab picking on them. Link to comment
