Mini Rice?

My tank glass is full of little white rice looking like things...except they are much, much smaller than rice. I know they are alive as I can see some of the move...really fast. I guess they are about the size of a dandruff or sand? What are they and what do I do about them?

I used to have them in freshwater, but they told me its Planaria. They scurry all over the glass. There is so many of them that it looks like snow on a windshield or dandraff on a black sink! :o

flatworms. you can choose to leave them or kill them with flatworm exit(about 20-25bucks at your lfs). they don't technically harm anything...but they are toxic.

i thought that you were concurring with whomever gave you the information. planaria are a type of flatworm so i assumed that you knew what they were. sorry!

with the info you gave now(fast moving) i will have to agree with jennie and say that they're probably just regular old copepods or amphipods. not harmful to your tank in any way.=)
