adams86 Posted January 31, 2005 Share Posted January 31, 2005 Hi, I bought a piece of rock with some zoos and polyps on them and was told by the LFS that the 4 brown things and the one green thing were fuzzy mushrooms... well now that they are open and out, I think they may be Mojanos....I am hoping they aren't.. there are four of them and one green one. I hope you can tell from the pics what I am talking about... anyone have an opinion? should I get rid of the rock or try to kill them? Link to comment
SaltyDawg Posted January 31, 2005 Share Posted January 31, 2005 They srewed you. those are freaking big Majano pest anemones. Dont get rid of the rock. Just inject them with either kalwasser or lemon juice directly into thier stalks. They'll die. If you paid for 4 fuzzy shrooms take it back or go back and tell them you know they are majano anemones and want credit for it. Link to comment

They should give you $5-$10 credit for each polyp, ha ha ha. You really are going to fight an uphill battle. Link to comment
