Chameleon slug/snail?

Have two slug or shell-less snail like creatures I can't identify. They are about 1/4 - 1/2 inch long, rather flat, have two antina and they change color.

 

Not just subtile color changes, but they blend in perfectly with whatever rock they are on--truly chameleon like. I try to get a good photo, but they blend in too well with the live rock.

 

Any clues? Are they OK

if it blend in so well you can't take pics of it, how can you see it?

You can see it move, and my digital camera does shoot small objects well.
