ReefmeinChicago
Recently I changed the setup in my tank. I have a 15 gallon tall with a 80W Compact USA light fixture and a CPR Bak Pak II for skimmer. I left the BioBale in filter. Since I recently changed my setup I have had huge problems with cyno bacteria and My water is perfect according to the LFS. Shoudl I remove the biobale? It's been in there for a month now. Does this mean that my tank is cycling again. Someone please help Link to comment
ricky1414
I would remove the biobale. The cyano might be absorbing the excess nutrients, therefore making your water test appear in check. I would do a bunch of water changes, and siphon of as much cyano as you can. HTH Link to comment
