JBJ NanoCube + Overflow Syphon

Hi,

 

I'm looking for a way to add a sump to my JBJ 12G Nanocube. So I have found this on the internet and I'm wondering if it can work on the Nanocube.

 

So here is a picture of the thing I would like to built on my cube. I would put the syphon tube in chamber 2 or 3 and the outside box would be attach to the cube by some kind of bracket. And in the sump I would put a pump to bring back the water

 

Let me know if it's possible to do it. All your help is greatly appreciated as I'm really new to this hobby.
