Korbin Posted October 17, 2002 Share Posted October 17, 2002 So I go into my LFS hoping to find some new zoanthids, and there are about 6 smallish rocks with closed polyps for about $30 each. From the few polyps that were partly open, I could see that they were super colorful, and all different colors. So I planned a trip the next day to see them when they're open. I go in, and theres this dude buying one of the rocks. I asked the LFS worker if any of them had opened up since yesterday? Nope. The guy buying the rock would not even move enough for me to look in the tank too, and by the time he left he had bought 5 rocks of zoanthids. Only one was left. X) What a dumbass. He spent over $150 on corals that he never saw. For all he knows, he could have bought 5 of the same coral. What a moron. How about leaving some for someone else?! I asked the LFS worker, and he said that guy always buys up all the zoanthids. No wonder I never see new ones! That just makes me mad. Link to comment
