lee's skimmer foam line

my skimmer is at water level but i cant get the foam to reach the foam line. is my air pump too weak?

Sounds like it !!! Unless you just started using it.. Sometimes it takes a little time for it to create foam.I used one of these years ago on a 75 for awhile and I didn't have a problem with it .The wooden air stones require a fairly strong pump to operate correctly..Make sure you use an air valve so you can tweak ( adjust) the air flow going into the skimmer.
