(JK) really it can either be used to control anyhting you want. but the 2 common uses are for a chiller or a heater. so yes if you don't have a chiller then its basically a temp probe. reefriot Posted October 28, 2002 Author Share Posted October 28, 2002 its only a single stage so one or the other. its a 250vac 8ampoutput,powersupply is 110vac. i put power to it and placed the probe in a glass of warm water then cold and heard it switch on and off. aaron Link to comment
