AZDesertRat Posted October 14, 2002 Share Posted October 14, 2002 I just bought a new Rio 90 and when I opened the box there was a bag of outlet nipples and other parts but no suction cups. Do they come with the powerhead or are they an add on item? Link to comment

Brianc_4 Posted October 14, 2002 Share Posted October 14, 2002 I can't think of a powerhead that doesn't come with them. Someone stole them at the store, and you were the lucky one to buy that box. I had the same thing happen with an ammonia test kit, when I got home 2 out of the 3 solutions were missing. Just take it back. Link to comment

ross76053 Posted October 14, 2002 Share Posted October 14, 2002 The suction cups that come with Rio 90s suck anyway (not literally). Either way you may have had to replace them with bigger ones. The Rio 90 is supposed to come with four small cups. Mine DIDN'T suck, so I bought the bigger cups - only two would fit onto the powerhead, but they've been holding great. Ross Link to comment
