Need Light

I am in the process of cycling my 20gal nano. I had a deal set up with a guy to buy his 24" 110w pc's and to make a long story short, he didn't come through for me.

 

I have some "old school" fluorescents on there for cycling now. I would like to have some descent lighting without dropping a fortune on new ones.

 

Is there anyone that has lighting laying around that they need to get rid of? Anyone looking to upgrade and sell their current lighting. Retro or hood would be ok. and would need to be around the 24" size.
