Worm In LR

I just saw this worm today In my LR and wondered what it was. Its aroung 1.5"-2" long kind of a blue and white striped color but not real dark colored almost translusent.

looks liek a type of bristtle worm. i would say get it out if you can, but other will say leave it there, i put the ones i pull out of my tank into my fuge, they are great detrious consumers

that is defentaly a brisstle worm. it is ok to have untile it gets over around 6-7 inches than it can eat inverts and small fishes
