Gmoney
Located on the left of the picture... left of the shrooms and above and left of the frogspawn. It is fluorescent green....so before any of you geniuses say aiptasia, think again. It almost looks like a polyp, but it isnt growing as colony...i see them here and there throughout the tank...not really forming colonies, just singles here and there....any ideas? It doesnt appear to be harmful, since none of the zoos around it are dead. Thanks G Link to comment
Howf777
i think its a button polyp, i have a bunch of those, but mine seem to have longer stalks, i cant tell from your picture Link to comment
yoshiod9
probably a palythoa(button polyp) but i have seen odd colored aiptasia before as well. so don't count that entirely out. Link to comment

Gmoney
it is not aiptaisia..i know what aiptaisia looks like...i tend to agree with Mary, seems to me like a button polyp..... either way, doesnt seem to be harmful to the neighbors.. Link to comment
Styxnpicks
don't worry the shrooms will eventually grow over him Link to comment
SaltyDawg
Actualy they wont grow over him. When the polyp matures and starts to spread and form a small colony the shrooms will more than likely engage in a chemical warefare with it. More times than not the harmless shroom wins. Link to comment
