bikinibottom
I was looking at my tank with a flashlight tonight and noticed that on one of the pieces of LR there is a spot from which 4-5 long (2-3 inches long) "tentacles" were eminating. They are all about the thickness of a strand of hair, the same thickness from top to bottom, and never come all the way out -- one of the ends stays down in the hole in the LR. They are clear/purplish with black or red bands/stripes. When you swish water near them, they recoil back into the rock slowly, like a tape measure. What are these and what do they do? harbingerofthefish
almost positive they are spaghetti worms. Good hitchhikers as they forage your sand for basically all the crap nothing else eats. Link to comment
