nismo driver Posted December 27, 2004 Share Posted December 27, 2004 ok i know that there is a cool feather duster type worm on the left and the keyhole limpet on the right, but if you look in the middle you can see the semi transparent branchy looking thing with the white dots. what is that? this is the best picture ive been able to get of it. it behavior is interesting, it would grab floating particals with the tenticals that you can see in the this picture and put the stuff in its mouth area, it was semetrical with 6 0r 8 tentical lke arms.. anyone have or see something like this? klagos Posted December 31, 2004 Share Posted December 31, 2004 The left one is a X-Mas Tree worm. I have a few of those little things. Mine have many tenticles. They seem to act like anemones. Someone told me they were some sort of "hydras", but I don't know that fopr sure. They haven't grown or moved in a year. Nice X-Mas Worm, I have a big one like that as well. Link to comment
