OscarGuyGoneNano
Hello All!!! After quite a bit of debate and a lot of reading I finally decided to start a Nano. My LR is from a very well established tank that has been up for ?years. I know the owner of a lfs and she decided to tear down a display tank she’s had for quite some time and I got some great rock and sand out of it. It came with quite a few crabs snails and strange critters in it. There is about a 3in worm / centipede thing that only comes out when I have the lights off. It moves from hole to hole in my lr. (I’m guessing it is 3in I have never seen the whole thing.) It is white (almost see through) and looks like it has lots of legs. Does this make any sense to anyone? What is it? Should I keep it or kill it? Not real sure how I would get rid of it. It keeps moving any only see it every now and then when I first turn on lights. I would take a picture but camera is broke. Tigahboy
It is probably a bristle worm of some kind....no reason to worry. you'll see A LOT more of them and many different types of worms...all part of the diversity of LR. OscarGuyGoneNano
Yup that looks pretty close to what he looks like (I think) hard to get a real good look at him. As long as he behaves I guess he can stay. Thanks for your help. Link to comment
BKtomodachi
And dont blame most anything on it... if it eats something, whatever it is was already dead. Link to comment
