If you don't know the species post a pic and others here can help with the ID. For ID purposes provide a full shot of the coral and a macro of its open polyps. Link to comment

The Empiricyst Posted December 15, 2004 Share Posted December 15, 2004 Well actually, does it have thin, grey-brown branches and steel blue polyps? Could be a Guaiagorgia which needs dim lighting... you should try to identify what precisely it is because gorgonia go polar opposites on lighting depending on what they are. Link to comment
