pineomt
I recently got 2 tank raised clowns who have been in the same tank together their whole lives. One is smaller, and he manages to fall down the siphon into the sump. When this happens the other clown seems stressed. Is this possible or am I just seeing things? Link to comment
mattdog
If your wife or girlfriend fell down in a sewer and went missing for a while, would you be stressed out? Yeah, it's possible. These two sound like they are a mated pair. They stay together for life. Once one dies, it's very hard to introduce another. Especially if the survivor is the female (the bigger one). You can put a strainer on that pipe to keep that from happening though. Link to comment
pineomt
hah, thats why I think clowns are the coolest fish to have. They have so much personality. Yea I'm going to do that today or tomorrow. Link to comment
RegalFlush17
Just block the outflow so the clown will not get sucked into the sump, so you won't get this behavior. Depending on the type of outflow you have, you can use netting or something along those lines. Goodluck. Link to comment
