werew
This tank is 2' deep x 3' wide x 20" tall, and I made it using 3/8" cast cell acrylic and Weld-On 4. The picture shows it during its 3 week long leak test, with Coral Life's Lunar light 36" 2x96watt PC light system. Link to comment
werew
Another shot of it, that's a MAG7 inside it for circulation, to keep the water from getting stagnant. Not 1 drop of water leaked from it. I polished the edges out more as it sat, the seams are invisible. Link to comment

SaltCreep
Looks awesome. With what and how did you cut the acrylic? Link to comment
werew
Thanks guys. I had my acrylic supplier cut and run the edges through a jointer to my specs. I usually do my own cutting but with acrylic this thick and large in size, you want things exact. They charged me an extra $10 to do this cant beat that! For 1/4" and less thick acrylic I use a 60 tooth carbide saw blade on my 10" tablesaw, then smooth out the edges using my router table prior to putting the parts together. Link to comment
Dr. Saltwater
Very nice ... and big ... for a Nano haha Good luck with it. Couldn't get ugly in such a nice tank. Link to comment
