just wondering if it's possible to run an 18watt arcadia blue tube on a ballast thats rated to run 14/15watt units? is it possible ? and if it is will there be any side effects?

 

I want to use rowaphos in the tank, is it possible to just drop it in the output chamber of my skimmer (prism)?

 

finally, i've recently got a really nice pink feather duster, it's just that leaving it on the substrate it tends to get blown away. Can i bury him in the substrate only leaving the head and about an inch of the tube exposed?
