jackass Posted November 21, 2004 Share Posted November 21, 2004 hi, i have this huge anthelia in my ten gallon and its losing its old polyps. heres what i mean when i bought it it was like 2 inches and nice pinkish purplelish arms and base... and each time it grows more it looks like that the first polyps that were there before it grows just like bleach and die or so... if one polyp dies one new one grows.. my water is fine! temp is good tank has been setup for 11 months. right now the colony is like : 5-6 inches across! hope you understand what i mean by : '' the old polyps turn white and disapears, or dies...'' thx for looking by! :| ohh and since my tank is perfect** could it just be normal?
