zoos won't fully open

I just bought a clump of zoos on a live rock a couple days ago and most have opened but a small group won't. Polyps around it are all open but these stay closed. Is this normal for new zoos? I've kept the light on for about 8 hours, have it ina good flow area at the bottom. Should it be closer to the top or should i just wait a few days?

they will be okay, if the ones that are closed were subject to the same treatment as the ones that were open, I wouldnt worry too much. Sometimes zoos are strange, some just dont like to stay open (or open at all for a while) and some react as soon as light touches them
