TNreefguy
One of my wifes students came back from gulf shores and brought a small white looking land crab. I believe it to be a fiddler crab, female perhaps because both claws are the same size. Anyway i was wondering what kind of habitat to build for it and the feeding specs.sorry no pics Link to comment
mattdog
How big is it? I would set up an evironment similar to his own, just get some sand and have it go off gradually in the water....just make sure the water has a little current and maybe a small lamp over the tank to mimic the sun. I think it would be okay in that setup. Have no idea what you would feed the thing. Is there anyway that you could get a pic? If not you need to do a lot of research so that it doesn't starve to death. HTH. Matt Link to comment
TNreefguy
i did some research last night and you were right an aquaterrium is the right habitat. as for food any dried flake or frozen food is good enough since they are scavenger/preditors anyway. Link to comment
