jdiver
Does anyone have any idea what this ugly worm is? At first I thought it was a fire worm, but it has a different head and doesn't have the bristly body like fireworms. It's body is segmented and seems to have hundreds of legs, like a centipede. In fact, if I saw it on land I would swear it was a centipede. As you can see, the 4th and 5th segments are white then dark brown respectively. Any help on iding it would be greatly appreciated. Orange is rarely, if ever, a good color in reefs hitchikers, and I'm close to taking apart the entire reef to get this guy's home rock and boil it. Link to comment
vyger
There are a few hundred species of fireworms so unless someone can ID that thing I'd get rid of it asap cause your right it does look scary :~) Link to comment
Tigahboy
Looks like an Eunice worm. Definitely get it out if you can. There are couple threads in here regarding the Eunice. Just do a quick search. Here's mine: http://www.nano-reef.com/forums/showthread...&threadid=42445 Link to comment
