Need advice on the saltwater colour/ cloudy ness

Hello i am new to the saltwater hobby. Yesterday i set up a fluval 13.5 saltwater tank, put my sand and dry rock in. Added the rodi and salt mixed water into my tank. Left it for 24 hours when i woke up the water had a yellow tint to it and it was still very cloudy. I am just wondering what could this be.

Thats normal, after adding sand to a new tank. It will probably clear in a couple days. 

 

If it lasts more than a week, do a large water change. Make sure to mix the saltwater before adding it into the aquarium..
