Is this Xenia or Anthelia?

I'm not sure.  The way that I've been told to tell the difference is that anthelia forms a mat whereas xenia forms a base with multiple stalks (then forms new bases).  Here's a pic of xenia which depicts this:

You almost have to look to see if it's growing from a mat or not.  Either, in my opinion, are relatively invasive.

When zoomed in I'm pretty sure I see base-with-stalks under all those tentacles at the bottom in the OP's photo.
