Input Needed: Maxspect Jump LED Regular vs Blue

I might be coming back to the hobby 🙂 

 

It's been a while and I'm trying to get more info about the Maxspect Jump LED. Looks like I'll be going with an IM 25g Lagoon so wanting a light that is not a single cluster of LEDs. Most of the reviews seem positive but I'm having trouble determining if the Regular or the Blue versions would  be better. 

 

I like a crisp blue color, usually around 14-15k but I don't like a purple and I never run anything close to 20k. Is anyone using one of these lights? If so have you found a good comparison of the color between the regular and the blue? I'm leaning toward the blue just trying to avoid a purple color.
