Caitriona
NOVICE LOOKING FOR INFO Hi I am planning to snorkel first time in Hawaii early next year. It will be simple floating on water looking down on fairly shallow coral reef and fish. I'd love to be able to film this but no idea what simple but effective camera I would need....would a head camera be more simple and less complicated? Thanks Quote Link to comment
Caitriona
Sorry, have I misunderstood this group and invaded with a stupid question? Quote Link to comment

I'm sure there are some folks in this group who do dive, and might be able to help you. Also, to NR! Quote Link to comment
seabass
It's been awhile since I looked into it. There are waterproof digital cameras, waterproof cases for non-waterproof cameras, waterproof cellphones, Go Pro cameras, etc. It sounds like a Go Pro (like a HERO12) might fit your need: https://gopro.com/en/us/shop/activity/dive-snorkel 2 Quote Link to comment
