phinatic
I have a BTA tank that is doing great. However, I have a persistent hair algae outbreak in there. No measurable free phosphates and free nitrates are in range. I have been reducing lighting PAR and reducing feeding for a few weeks to slow it down while manually pulling it out. I am considering adding a tuxedo urchin to get some 24 hour algae removal. I have seen people report issues in the past about urchins eating their anemones, specifically spiny urchins. Would I run that risk with a tuxedo urchin? My BTAs are near perfect and I don't want to mess them up. Quote Link to comment
